Benson, Minnesota – Kenneth R. Wrobleski, “Kenny Ray”, 64, passed away peacefully on Monday evening, May 13, 2019, at his home near Benson, surrounded by his family. Visitation will be held on Friday May 17, 2019 at the Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Private interment will be held at the Benson City Cemetery.Kenneth Raymond “Kenny Ray” Wrobleski, 64, was born on August 22, 1954, in Benson, Minnesota the son of Frank and Loretta (Kedrowski). He grew up in Benson and graduated from Benson Senior High School. He worked for Roger Olson Construction, Lor-al, CNH, and Hancock Concrete. On February 7, 1997, Kenny was united in marriage to Linda Kay (Prekker Mathis) in Milbank, South Dakota. They were blessed with 22 years of marriage. Kenny enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and playing softball. He loved old cars and his 1966 Chevy panel was his “Baby”. Kenny passed away peacefully at his home, surrounded by his family on Monday evening, May 13. He is survived by his wife Linda of Benson; a son James T. Moist (special friend Bunny) of Benson; three grandchildren, Justin, Brandon, and Andrew Moist; two great-grandchildren Esmae and Charlotte Moist; siblings Jerome (Ruby) Wrobleski, Little Falls, Shirley Staton, Benson, Donald Wrobleski, Benson, Carol (Arden) Thompson, DeGraff, Marie (Bob) Lee, North Platte, NE, Jim (Linda) Wrobleski, Benson, Mick (Marlene) Wrobleski, Benson, Larry (special friend De Dee) Wrobleski of Benson, and Rick (Roxanne) Wrobleski, Benson, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents Frank and Loretta, sister Lynette Hippen, brother Frank Wrobleski, infant brothers Eugene and Darcy Wrobleski, brother-in-law Ray Staton, sister-in-law Janet Wrobleski, niece Kayla Wrobleski, nephews Darcy Wrobleski and Miles Staton.
