Stephanie Louise Rumreich

Stephanie Louise Rumreich was born June 9, 1950 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, the daughter of David and Patricia (Murphy) Adams.  She was baptized and confirmed at St. Stephen's Catholic Church in Anoka.  Stephanie was raised in Coon Rapids, graduating from Coon Rapids High School Class of 1969.  On February 20, 1971 she was united in marriage to Richard Douglas Rumreich at Epiphany Catholic Church in Coon Rapids by Fr. Reiser.  They were blessed with 47 years together and two children: Annette and Jeffery.

Over the years Stephanie lived in Coon Rapids, Minneapolis, Rush City and East Bethel, before she and Richard retired and moved to Appleton in 2017.  She was a member of the Legion of Mary.  Stephanie enjoyed being with people that she loved, scrapbooking, stamping and card making, doing crafts, and visiting.  She also liked to travel…her favorite trip was to the Grand Canyon, but also enjoyed trips to Ohio, West Virginia, and Oklahoma to visit relatives.

Stephanie passed away Saturday, April 28, 2018 in Appleton Area Health Services.  She attained 67 years, 10 months, and 19 days of age.  Stephanie is survived by her husband, Richard Rumreich of Appleton; children: Annette Rumreich of Minneapolis and Jeffery Rumreich of East Bethel; siblings: Marjorie (Richard) Godlewski of Burnsville, Gayle (Dave) McMullen of Blaine, and David Adams Jr. of Fridley; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, David and Patricia Adams and by her parents-in-law, Theophil “Toby” and Virginia Rumreich.
