Linda Stauffacher

Linda Stauffacher was born on May 11, 1948 in Benson, Minnesota, the daughter of Edward and Mable (Hanson) Gunderson. She grew up in Benson and graduated from Benson High School. She attended Nurses college in Willmar and worked for a time at the St. Cloud Hospital as an Emergency Room Nurse and then worked as an LPN at Meadow Lane Health Care Center for several years.

She was a member of the V. F. W. Auxiliary and the Word Fellowship Church in Appleton. She enjoyed reading and traveling and she loved Lake Superior and Minnesota History. She was called from this life on Sunday morning, April 2, 2017 at the Meadow Lane Health Care Center in Benson. She attained the age of 68 years 10 months and 22 days.

Linda is survived by her son, Dave (Sydney) Stauffacher of Marietta, Georgia; her grandson, Joshua Stauffacher; and nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Mable; her brother, Wayne Gunderson; and sister, Donna Goff. Blessed be her memory.
