Nicholas Kyle Edwards, was born on December 14, 1986, the son of Donald and Judith Jergenson Edwards in Benson, Minnesota. He was baptized and confirmed at Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ. He attended St. Francis Catholic School, Southside and Northside Schools in Benson. Nick graduated from Benson Senior High School in 2005. He lived in Benson and worked at DS Lageson’s, Jimmy’s Pizza, Donald Young’s Dairy Farm, and for Jennie O Turkey Company in Danvers, Willmar and most recently in Swift Falls.

He was a member of Pilgrim Congregational United Church of Christ, Midwest Militia Deer Camp, Elite Team Paint Ball, and the Benson Cub scouts and Boy scouts. Nick enjoyed archery, hunting, fishing, camping, and the outdoors. Nick was called from this life on Wednesday evening, January 4, 2017, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. He attained the age of 30 years and 21 days.

Nicholas is survived by his parents Donald and Judith Edwards of Benson; a sister MarieJon M.J. Jergenson of Brooklyn Park; a brother Wesley (Carolyn) Edwards of Benson; a nephew Jordan Jergenson of Brooklyn Park; and several other relatives and friends. Blessed be his memory.
