Angeline was born on August 6, 1925 to Raymond and Anna (Rustad) Sulier in Hoff Township, Pope County. She was baptized by Rev. K.R. Palmer at West Zion Lutheran Church and confirmed in the Christian Faith at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Benson. She graduated from Benson High School in 1943. Angeline was married to Wayne Sukke on November 26, 1944 by the Rev. H.S. Nasheim. They lived on a farm southwest of Benson in Six Mile Grove Township. They were in the Dairy Industry and also farmed. She worked several years at Mauch's SuperValu in Benson as a cashier. She loved the outdoors, refinishing furniture, baking, cooking Klub, Lefse, and peanut butter cups. She also was active in her church serving on the executive board, decorating committee, quilting, mission growth, Lefse committee, Our Redeemer’s Women Circle, Sunday school teacher, and 20 years of serving communion at Meadow Lane. She was called from this life on Sunday Morning, November 29, 2015, at the Gabriel House in Murdock. She attained the age of 90 years, 3 months, and 22 days.
Angeline was preceded in death by her husband, Wayne, a son, Paul, her parents, Ray and Anna, a brother, Richard, her twin brother, Andy, and a sister, Deloris. She is survived by her daughter, Linda (Curt) Pargman of Big Lake, her son, Bob (Laurie) Sukke of Coon Rapids, a daughter-in-law, Madalyn Sukke of Detroit Lakes, eight grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild. Blessed be her memory.
