LaVonne Shirley Bremseth was born November 11, 1937 in Nassau, Minnesota, the daughter of William and Edna (Spearing) Tucholke. She was raised in the Appleton area and graduated from Appleton High School. On July 8, 1955 LaVonne was married to Wyllis Bremseth in Appleton. This union was blessed with nearly 60 years of marriage and four children: Tim, Don, David, and Kristen. She and Wyllis made their home in Glenwood, Minnesota. LaVonne worked for many years at Clem's Super Market and Minnewaska Meats. She was a member of the Glenwood Lutheran Church. LaVonne found great joy in baking and tending to her plants and flowers. LaVonne died Saturday, May 30, 2015 in the Glenwood Village Care Center. She attained 77 years, 6 months, and 19 days of age. She is survived by her husband, Wyllis of Glenwood; children: Tim Bremseth of Minneapolis, Don (Angel) Bremseth of Fergus Falls, David Bremseth of Plymouth, Kristen (Dan) Bergee of Moorhead; 12 grandchildren: Adam (Katie) Bremseth, Andrew Bremseth, Ashley (Jeff) Sands, Lyssa Bremseth, Jessica Bremseth, Isaac Bremseth, Jotham Bremseth, Katura Bremseth, Abigail Bremseth, Dusty Bergee, Devin Bergee, Aaron (fiancée, Courtney Albright) Bergee; 2 great-grandchildren: Alexander and Alivia Bremseth; sister, Janet Tucholke of Rice, MN; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. LaVonne is preceded in death by her parents, William and Edna Tucholke; siblings: Vera Wickham, Marlowe Tucholke, Elaine Schwandt, Wilfred Tucholke, Delmont Tucholke, and Narvella Ness.
