Judith "Judy" Ann Roach was born January 30, 1943, at Chicago, Illinois, the adopted daughter of Rossell and Wilna (Kisner) Meyer. Judy was raised in Hull, Illinois. In 1961 she graduated from West Pike High School, Kinderhook, IL. She then went to college at Hannibal La Grange College and Northwest Missouri State University, attaining an AAS Degree. On June 9, 1968 Judy was united in marriage to James Roach. This union was blessed with two children, Jennifer and Jason. Judy worked as an X-Ray Technologist, a Medical Assistant, and a School Nurse. She enjoyed camping, fishing and sports of all kinds. Judy loved cats and dogs, especially her beloved dogs "King" and "Maggie." Over the years Judy was a volunteer with Camp Fire, Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts. She was an Emergency Medical Technician in Kansas City, Missouri and was a member of the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. On December 8, 2014 Judy was called from this life. She had attained 71 years, 10 months, and 9 days of age. Judy is survived by her husband, Jim of Appleton; children: Jennifer Roach (Chris Plott) of Tracy and Jason Roach of Appleton; grandchildren: Justin Roach, Rossellyn Rusk, and Kyle (son of Jason); great-grandchildren: Alyse Roach-Pike and Jayce Robertson; other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, Rossell and Wilna Meyer.
