Kayla Marie Wrobleski was born November 7, 1994, in Willmar, Minnesota. She was baptized June 25, 1995 at Our Redeemer's Lutheran Church in Benson and confirmed March 25, 2012 by Bishop John LeVoir at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Murdock. She grew up in Benson and DeGraff, moving to DeGraff on her 4th birthday. She graduated from Benson High School on Sunday, June 2, 2013, and worked at the Golden Living Center - Meadow Lane Nursing Home. She always enjoyed spending time with the children at her mother's daycare and with family. Kayla embraced every moment in life and enjoyed so many different things but, the most important to her was fishing, camping, and being outdoors. She loved animals. Kayla passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. She had attained 19 years, 8 months, and 8 days of age. She is survived by her parents, Michael (Mick) James and Marlene Faye (Slaughter) Wrobleski; siblings: Michael (Mike) Wrobleski of DeGraff, Michelle (Doug) Gunderson of Big Bend, Mark (Molly) Wrobleski of Rosemount, Matthew (fiancé, Danielle Atchison) Wrobleski of Alexandria, Mitchell Wrobleski of DeGraff; half-sisters, Janessa and Ava Wrobleski of Benson; five nieces; one nephew; and many other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Frank and Loretta Wrobleski.
