Douglas Lee Kittelson

Douglas Lee Kittelson was born October 8, 1952, at Appleton to parents Howard and Edith (Townsend) Kittelson. He was baptized and confirmed at Louisburg Lutheran Church. Douglas graduated from Appleton High School and Willmar Technical College. He was united in marriage to Marsha Stock and to this union four children were born. He farmed and owned his own taxidermist business. He enjoyed trapping, hunting, fishing, gardening, gun shows, and NASCAR racing. Douglas died on Sunday, January 12, at Prairie Lakes Hospital in Watertown. He had attained 61 years, 3 months, and 4 days of age. He is survived by four children: Michael Kittelson of Louisburg, Daniel Kittelson of Appleton, Michelle (Jim) Beitzell of New Market, MN, and Jeffrey Kittelson of Madison; seven grandchildren: Ashley, Jacob, Nicholas, and Nathan Kittelson, and Austin, Alexander, and Zachary Kittelson; his brother, Harold (Jeanne) Kittelson of Louisburg; two sisters: Barb (Alan) Redepenning of Madison, and Beverly (Leslie) Larson of Kimball; nieces, nephews, and other relatives. He is preceded in death by his parents, Howard and Edith Kittelson.
