Bev and her sister, Mona Maude, were born to parents Owen and Mona Mae (Hills) Goldsmith. She enjoyed looking through magazines, especially "People Magazine", listening to country music, and she liked to watch "Oprah", "Ellen", and "Dr. Phil". She spent her working years at the Swift County Developmental Achievement Center (DAC) and Pope County Day Training and Habilitation (DT&H). Bev spent much of her life in care centers. Over the years she grew quite fond of the caregivers that entered her life, many of whom she considered family. At the time of her death, she was a resident of New Beginnings in Benson. Bev died on December 1, 2013 at the Swift County Benson Hospital. She had attained 75 years, 5 months, and 8 days of age. Bev is survived by cousins: Loretta, Allen, and Sheri Williams of Tremonton, Utah; and other relatives, friends, and caregivers. She is preceded in death by her parents, Owen and Mona Goldsmith.
