William Robert Keller Jr. was born on November 14, 1942 at Hegbert Township, the son of William Frank and Hilda (Hoppe) Keller. Jr. was baptized by Rev. Adolph Kilian on December 6, 1942 at St. John's Lutheran Church, Fairfield Township. He was confirmed in the Lutheran faith by Rev. Meichner, also at St. John's Lutheran Church, on April 14, 1957. Jr. was raised in the Appleton area and graduated from Appleton High School in 1961. On December 1, 1973 Jr. was united in marriage to Judy Ann Schweinefus, in Florence Kentucky. He spent his working years between Appleton and Erlanger, KY. Jr. was an over-the-road truck driver for many years and enjoyed this vocation very much. Fishing, working on cars and having coffee with friends were a few of his favorite things. Jr. was a member of the Rod and Reel fishing club. He is most known for his sense of humor, his big smile, and being friends to everyone. Jr. was always ready to help anyone in need. On October 6, 2013 Jr. was called home to the Lord. He had attained 70 years, 10 months, and 22 days of age. He is survived by his wife, Judy of Appleton; children: Sharon (Jim) Colby of Colby, WI, William Gene (Kim) Keller of Spring Hill, FL, and Julie (Greg) Rindt of Stetsonville, WI; seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; siblings: Dale (Wanita) Keller of Appleton and Vera Beyer of Hancock; numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Jr. is preceded in death by his parents, William (1987) and Hilda (2003); sister, Diane (1952; daughter, Lisa Marie (1967); and brother-in-law, Willard Beyer (1997).
