Anna Mae (Voss) Windmueller-Schlieman was born March 19, 1929, to Raymond O. and Anna (Jarveis) Voss at their home in Milroy, Minnesota. She grew up in Green Valley, Minnesota. During her marriage to Frederick Windmueller, she worked as a factory worker and waitress in the Twin Cities. Anna was respected as a hard worker. On September 25, 1999, Anna was united in marriage to Warren Schlieman and they lived in rural Holloway. She was a member of the Order of the Eastern Star and enjoyed spending time with her family and friends. Anna was called from this life on Monday, July 22, 2013, at the Swift County Benson Hospital in Benson, Minnesota. She attained the age of 84 years, 4 months, and 3 days. Anna is survived by her husband, Warren Schlieman of Holloway; two sons: Carson Dunkley of Webster, WI, and Steve (special friend, Karen) Dunkley of Hopkins, MN; seven grandchildren: Wade, Carrie, Karen, Candy, Joey, Steven, and Tara; thirteen great-grandchildren; three brothers: Roy Voss, Ray Voss, and Robert Voss; three sisters: Janice Quanstrom, Petra Dunkley, and Joyce Voss. She was preceded in death by her parents, Raymond and Anna Voss; her second husband, Frederick Windmueller; son, Joseph Dunkley; infant sister, Rose Voss; and two brothers: Harvey Voss, who passed serving our country in the Korean War, and Roger Voss.
