Linda Mae Hilleren was born August 31, 1950 in Willmar, Minnesota, the daughter of LeRoy Bernnard and Marjorie Velora (Campbell) Johnson. She was baptized in August of 2011 by Pastor Amy Juel-Palmer. She grew up in Raymond and graduated from Raymond High School with the Class of 1968. On December 5, 1981, Linda was united in marriage to Gary Arthur Hilleren. They lived in Benson, and Linda worked at DeToy's, Kelley's and Agvise. Linda loved to garden and travel. She especially enjoyed spending time in her new home with her husband and pets. Family meant the world to her and she cherished the time she spent with them as well as friends. She enjoyed crocheting and playing cards. Linda was called from this life on Thursday, December 29, 2011 at the Swift County Benson Hospital. She attained the age of 61 years, 4 months and 28 days. Linda is survived by her husband Gary of Benson; siblings: Roger (Marsha) Rudd of Detroit Lakes, Sandra Breems of Oregon, Larry (RoseMarie) Johnson of Port St. Lucie, Florida, and Ronald (Phyllis) Johnson of Raymond; special friends, Gary and Nancy Searcy; as well as many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; a baby sister Bonnie; and Gary's parents, Ralph and Evelyn Hilleren.
