Lorraine Adeline Fritz was born April 20, 1931 at the S.R. Simonson farm in Camp Lake Township, Swift County, Minnesota, the daughter of Peter Christen "Ihla" and Lena (Sperry) Anderson. She was baptized on May 10, 1931 at St. Pauli Lutheran Church near Swift Falls, and confirmed into the Christian faith on June 2, 1946 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Benson. Lolly attended school in the Benson School System through the tenth grade. She was married to Marvin O. Fritz. Lolly was a past president of the Ladies Auxiliary and the Swift County Homemakers. Among the things she enjoyed were board games, cooking, traveling, and especially spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Lolly was called from this life on Thursday, February 10, 2011 at Swift County Benson Hospital. She attained the age of 79 years, 9 months and 20 days. Lolly is survived by her children: Candice Jacobson of Milaca, Jeff (Kathy) Jacobson of Anchorage, AK, Jerry Jacobson of Natchez, MS and Lynn Jacobson Stiehm of Benson; step-children: Cheryl (Fritz) Regan of St. Paul and Tony (Teri) Fritz of Winona; nine grandchildren: Jennifer(Randy) Nelson, Jessica Jacobson, Jason Jacobson, Victor Stiehm, Katy Maschka, Danny Fritz, Kelly Fritz, Jodi Regan and Joe Regan; seven great grandchildren: Dustin Stiehm, Jordan and Griffin Nelson, Kayla Jacobson, and Jacob, Alex, and Andrew Maschka; siblings: Russel (Marlys) Anderson of Kenmare, ND and Florence Fuchs of Morrisonville, IL; and other relatives and friends. Preceding her in death were her husband, Marvin Fritz; Parents, Peter and Lena Anderson; brothers: Clarence, Chester, Lenard, Albert, Gordon, Alden, and Kenneth Anderson.
