Donna Mae Harder

Donna Mae Harder, 88, of Benson, died on Friday morning, January 10, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital. Visitation will be held from 10:00 am to 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 15, followed by a funeral service at 11:00 am at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson. Interment will follow the service at the Benson City Cemetery. Arrangements are with Zniewski Funeral Home.

Donna Mae Harder was born on May 29, 1931 in Swenoda Township, Swift County, Minnesota, the daughter of Arthur M. and Martha (Bjerke) Svea. She grew up on the farm in Swenoda Township, Swift County, Minnesota, and attended country school in Swenoda Township. On November 28, 1981, Donna was united in marriage to John Harder at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson, Minnesota. This union was blessed with over 37 years of marriage.

Donna enjoyed raising her nine children and talking to them on the phone. She loved spending time with her family especially visiting with the grandchildren. She was called from this life on Friday morning, January 10, 2020 at the St. Cloud Hospital. She attained the age of 88 years, 7 months, and 12 days.

She is survived by her children Steve (Diane) Collins, Dennis (Mary) Collins, Jeff (Margaret) Collins, Jody (Jackie) Collins, Bonnie (Gary Michaels) Wrobleski, Luann (Bruce) Moen, Tim (Teresa) Collins; Grandchildren Todd, Terry, Tammy, Scott, Jami, Adam, Josh, Jordan, Jenna, Tammy, Trista, Troy, Travis, Johnathan, Jennifer, Tasha, and Kristin; and several great-grandchildren and great-great- grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her first husband Merlyn Collins, second husband John Harder, her parents Arthur and Martha, two sons Michael Collins and Gary Collins, one grandson, Jay Collins. Blessed be her memory.
