Dorothy Annmary Pederson

Dorothy Birhanzel Pederson passed away in Phoenix, Arizona, on Monday, October 7, 2024,  where she resided in the past years. She was born in Benson, Minnesota, in 1941, where she was raised by her loving parents. During Dorothy's time in Arizona she had many friends whom she called family, was loved by many, and had a big heart! Dorothy was strong, independent, and overcame many challenges in life. She was admired and loved by many throughout her life's journey.

Dorothy was preceded in death by all her family: her parents Charles and Isabelle Birhanzel, her daughter Amber, her sister Delores Bennett, and her brothers Donal and Delber Birhanzel.

Dorothy will have a graveside service in Clontarf, Minnesota, at St. Malachy’s Catholic Cemetery on Friday, October 25, 2024, at 3:00 pm for anyone who would like to join us.

Arrangements are with Zniewski Funeral Home in Benson, Minnesota.
