Kieara Dashay Maria Lopez

Kieara DaShay Maria Lopez was born October 22, 1989, in Chicago, Illinois. She passed away April 12, 2024, at Centra Care Hospital in St. Cloud, Minnesota. A memorial service will be held Saturday, May 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at St. Francis Catholic Church in Benson, Minnesota.

Kieara was a beloved daughter of Earnestine Spencer-Brown and Anthony Ross. She was a loving wife to Luis Lopez and a devoted mother to her four children: Lakira, Avery, Nadia, and Mariah.

Kieara met her husband Luis Lopez 15 years ago and shared five beautiful years of marriage with him, tying the knot at the Swift County Court House. Her dedication to her family was unmatched, and her love for them knew no bounds. Educated as a high school graduate and a certified nursing assistant, Kieara was a compassionate caregiver during her employment at Scandi Haven Village in Benson, Minnesota. Her gentle touch and caring nature left a lasting impact on all those she cared for.

Kieara will be deeply missed by all who knew her, but her spirit will live on through the memories and love she shared with those fortunate enough to have crossed paths with her. May she rest in peace, surrounded by the eternal love of her family and friends.

Kieara is survived by her husband Luis Lopez, her children: Lakira, Avery, Nadia, and Mariah, her mother Earnestine Spencer-Brown, stepfather Keith Spencer-Brown, and her six siblings: Michael, Anthony, Johnnie, Shaquita, Shenedra, and Luvenia. In addition, Kieara is survived by a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, friends, and acquaintances who will cherish her memory.
