Trevor Ahrndt, 38, of Benson, died on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 8, 2022, at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson from 10 am to 11 am followed by the funeral service at 11 am. Interment will be in the St. Malachy’s Catholic Cemetery in Clontarf. Zniewski Funeral Home of Benson is assisting the family with the arrangements.
Trevor John Ahrndt was born on December 13, 1983, in Starbuck, Minnesota, the son of Rodney Gene and Diana Lee (Doll) Ahrndt. He was baptized and confirmed at Trinity Lutheran Church in Benson. He grew up in Clontarf and Benson and Graduated from Benson Senior High School in 2002. He then earned a degree in Autobody repair from Ridge water Vo Tech in 2004. He worked for Wallace auto body in Benson and on his own at “coyote Garage” which he operated out of his garage. He loved being at the lake where he enjoyed swimming, fishing, and riding his jet ski. He was called from this life on Tuesday evening February 1, 2022, at the Swift County Benson Hospital. He attained the age of 38 years, 1 month, and 18 days.
Trevor is survived by his mother Dianna Ahrndt of Clontarf; his father Rodney Ahrndt of Williston, North Dakota; grandmother Alice Berres of Benson; siblings Allison Ahrndt of Glenwood, Zack Ahrndt of Williston; and Amanda Crawford of Williston; seven nieces and nephews; and several other relatives and friends. He is preceded in death by his grandparents Orin and Laurel Ahrndt, and George Berres, and great grandparents Edna and Ernie Ahrndt, and Nina Peerboom. Blessed be his memory.
